As part of measures to contain and prevent the spread of the coronavirus in the Greater Accra Region, the Regional Security Council (REGSEC) has made it mandatory for the general public to wear a nose mask in public.
In a press release signed and approved by the Regional Minister, Ishmael Ashitey, the directive was arrived at after an emergency meeting on Wednesday, April 22.
